Sometimes Trusts can lack the resources to implement Agenda for Change at the standard that they require. This can cause:
difficulties with coordination of panels,
a backlog of jobs to be matched or evaluated,
insufficient consistency checks carried out, and
mismanagement of the CAJE system.
This results in a time consuming recruitment processes and managers unable to find the right candidates needed.
