Overview

This Advanced Management workshop is designed to develop individuals to improve and enhance their leadership quality and management of their teams. The workshop builds on the topics covered in the 3 days Leadership and Management Masterclass and addresses key Management and Leadership topics essential to be an outstanding manager.


Through the use of tutorial sessions, case studies, practical exercises, presentations and syndicate work this intensive training course will enable participants to acquire proven skills to attract, empower, reward and retain talent, get commitment to a shared vision, delegate, bring out best in others, and lead the team to success.
