The workshop is a full Agenda for Change training package developed to enable individuals to become Agenda for Change trainers.

Delegates will develop the knowledge and skills required to train others in the Agenda for Change programme.

Course Outcomes

On completion of the course delegates will be able to deliver Detailed Awareness, Job Matching and Job Analysis/Evaluation courses. All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
