MPA offer an Agenda for Change processes and procedures auditing service to identify whether your organisation is meeting the Agenda for Change best practice, and identify how processes can be improved to help achieve targets.

We carry out a through audit into how your organisation administers its Agenda for Change panels and whether they are running effectively. We also carry out bench-marking and consistency checks to review whether your organisation is banding jobs consistently with other internal and external jobs in the NHS and other organisations.
