JOB CLUSTERING

MPA offer a job clustering service to assist with organisation of job descriptions and reduce the volume of job descriptions processed through Agenda for Change.

We review the job descriptions of similar posts that may exist in different departments or directorates. We are then able to cluster these jobs, so that a generic job description is created in line with the Agenda for Change. This job description can then be used by any department within the Trust/CCG/CSU with required adjustments.
