We have the knowledge and experience of KSF to assist in meeting each client's specific requirements for implementing KSF.

The NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) defines and details the knowledge and skills required of the NHS employees to deliver quality service and provides a single, consistent, comprehensive and explicit framework on which to base the review and development of all staff.  Effective implementation of this framework requires an organisational and cultural change process which is an obstacle that many organisations struggle to overcome.
